Legs & Back. Did it after work because I slept in a bit this morning and ended up not having enough time to do the routine before work.
I went to point of exhaustion on almost all of the 300+ leg exercises and over 4 minutes of static leg holds.
I also completed a total 114 pull-ups.
Recovery drink tasted so good.
Someone must have raised the height of the stairs in my house while I was working out!
