Round 4, Day 9

There are three parts to a successful path to fitness: nutrition, sleep, and exercise.

Lately, I have been falling down on nutrition and sleep and that is making exercise more difficult than it needs to be.

It was tough this morning, after staying up late to watch the Patriots trounce the Jets and eating so late at night, to boot.

Time to get back on track to see the results that I want!
