INSANITY Day 16 - Plyo Cardio Circuit

Catching up on the last couple days of posts, busy weekend with my youngest son's birthday and Mother's Day! This routine was good, I know I am making progrss because I feel better (read: not as exhausted) compared to earlier times doing this workout. Still pushing hard but getting better results and not completely done at the end.
