You are looking slimmer Phil. Your 90 days has been a 'plus' (pardon the pun). Webcams are a great way to stay in touch by virtual motion. Your face looks so much younger, it is really hard to believe what positive exercise does... I know that I always say: Why did I ever stop taking care of myself... The best part: it feels great! you look younger! and the energy level is usually quadruple from the couch potato mode! GREAT JOB PHIL. Can's wait to be home in 9 days so we can perhaps go for a walk-run together? Thank would be neat. Love, Mom
