Andy's Antioxidant Smoothie recipe

1 Cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
1 Cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
1 cup skim milk
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 heaping tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 scoop whey protein powder
add water to thin as desired

* optional: 1 dollop of natural peanut butter

Makes 2 servings
